This consult is a time to meet the therapist/coach and discuss your mental health and life goals. During this session, the therapist/coach will explain how life coaching, somatic therapy, and counseling work and which may best reach your desired goals. This is also a time to discuss what you are looking for during the coaching/counseling journey and what you need from a coach/therapist.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel/reschedule an appointment at the latest 24 hours before service. At less than 24 hours to service, the client is responsible for the full cost of service. Thank you for understanding.
